He did not do many films but when he did one, he made sure it was a masterpiece. Aamir Khan gained whopping 28 kilos for his role in Dangal for which he won many awards for Best Actor and this was not the first time he went to lengths to play a role. He indeed is an inspiration to all the actors of this generation.

Guru Dutt had acted in no more than 10 films throughout his career but he was considered as a legend and someone who was way ahead of his time. He was a visionary who was too ahead of his time.

7. Nana Patekar

You guys probably know Nana Patekar through memes and his comic roles in Welcome and other films but =he started way back and has been an amazing actor. His performances in the movies like Prahaar and Krantiveer literally sent chills down my spine. Nana Patekar has truly been inspirational to everybody. He also played an amazing villain in the movie Apharan for which he bagged The Filmfare Award for Best Villain. Nana Patekar has proved himself in every role and not only done a good but an amazing job.

5. Sanjeev Kumar

Is it just me or he looks better with both his hands? Yes, he was this young when he played the role of an old Thakur in the film Sholay and not only that, he was also nominated for the award of Best Actor for this film. Sanjeev Kumar did not shy away from doing challenging roles which made his impact a huge one on the Film Industry. Zindagi Badi Honi Chaiye, Lambi nai Babumoshaay. Our number 2 for this list is the one and only Rajesh Khanna. He is said to be the first-ever superstar of Bollywood and that is why deserves his place here.  His acting in Anand still remains immortal.

1. Amitabh Bachchan

This man is inarguably the best actor of Bollywood of all time. He is great by so big of a margin that I would give all the places from 1 to 10 to him alone. Amitabh Bachchan has acted for more than 40 years, gabbing the highest number of nominations for the Award for Best Actor. I’d say that the award did not deserve Amitabh. Justifying why he is here would be an insult to his talent.

Tell me who didn’t make the list that you expected would. Until next time.
